This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any store in Canada. They messed up my order three times, and when I went to speak with someone about it, the manager told me not to order from their store because they "always get it wrong." Absolutely unbelievable. I’ve never encountered such poor customer service anywhere else.
The girl with specs taking the order ..super rude . Speaking angrily , not making proper food . And saying if you want the sandwich grilled then she will put less stuff in the sub because the grill will get dirty and it is difficult for her to clean it . I guess the guys don’t clean or maintain their store properly and it is a huge task for them to manage the machines properly.
Worst service everrr.. the girl was so rude looked like she is about to fight any moment. Very disappointed. I came back without order any food due to misbehaving and the hospitality we were served with… so bad I feel sorry for them
Very disappointing customer service. Visited this Subway location and was shocked by how unprofessional one of the staff members was — a girl with spectacles at the counter who clearly didn’t know how to talk to customers. She was rude, had an attitude, and acted like she didn’t want to be there. No greeting, no smile, and completely dismissive when I asked questions about the menu. I recently visited this location. I'm very disappointed with staff service and atmosphere. I ordered veggie patty. The girl with a tattoo on her hand was working. When she started making the sub, I asked her to change her gloves. Because before making my sub, she had made a non-veg sub. She told me that she had just changed her gloves so I wouldn't do it.
