Terrible service! They charged me a 15% tip without my consent/refused to refund a mistaken tip for a counter service. When I asked for a refund on the spot, the staff refused. Watch out for your receipt here!

Hi, I visited Subway Westmount today to get the Meal of the Day. When placing my order, I specifically asked the employee at the front for the Meal of the Day deal. However, I was charged separately for the sandwich and drink instead of receiving the advertised meal deal.
