He was slammed at 830p as one of only a few places in town open and a big game had just ended. He handled it with grace and style. Our order was perfect! Would definitely recommend! Couple years later, still great service. Excellent TEAM! Kudos!
I ordered my food early to be ready by 6 arrived at 610 it wasn't ready which is fine it was a larger order and with a family of 9 I'm used to waiting a bit longer.... with that being said. I was told I need to order catering next time cause 9 sandwiches is to much. I have always ordered 9 and have never had a problem until tonight. finally got the sandwiches home and half of them were wrong and the other half looked as if a toddler had put the toppings on them.
i walked in waited a hour for a sandwich and chips. there was two people in front of me. but that has never happened before even in waterloo when 4 people where in front of me! he burnt his hand on the stove, which i understand the pain of burning your hand on a very hot stove but the cussing, called a friend for help i don’t know if he was new, but definitely cussed while serving!!! from what i know cussing and talking about how he hated his job, and asked everyone the amount to put on the sandwich as if he didn’t know hims... read more
