Absolutely horrible service. Do not use the subway location. I waited 20 minutes in line and when I was the next person to go, another individual walked up for a pick up order and they decided to make her order before me even though there was no one else in line and could have made her after mine. They only had one person working in the shop, which is not their fault but incredibly slow service and rude.
The white male that works at this location has the worst attitude! Today I was forced to walk out before even ordering because his attitude was so bad.
Do not order on the app here! I ordered to get the bogo deal, and then watched my toasted sub sit and get cold through 3 people orders getting made ahead of mine. And then the guy says "didn't know you were here" I guess "the deal" is not really worth the headache and cold sandwich heartache. I'll just choose somewhere else next time cause these workers suck.
We placed an online order on a Monday for the meal of the day and a chicken bacon ranch. We sat at a table (which I had to ask for a cloth to clean), we watched the 2 workers chat, laugh, and mess around. The male worker, no name tags are used, proceeded to make our order. The young man working on a Wednesday evening barely acknowledged our presence to take our order. The sandwiches were fine, but the customer service - in a casino no less - was meh.
