Atrocious service. I went to the self service screen to make my order. Anyone who went to the counter got served before me. Which was about 5 customers When I politely asked about my turn, the server said I need to place my order and pointed to the end of the counter. When I said I already had, he just shrugged. and tried to apologise. It was at this point I could not be bothered and I asked for a refund and the checkout lady did not even know how to do this. The manager of this store is AMAZING! Nothing is too hard, she always has a smile on her face and always asks how I am and how my day is going. She is worth more money! I LOVE your cookies and always buy them
The Glendive, MT Subway is a great place to eat. The staff are friendly and efficient. I order there often. It's in a great location for local businesses, the Highschool and travelers since the Interstate is less than a mile away. It's just a great place and I recommend it to anyone. Shea
I came in just a moment ago in desperate need of a drink. I asked three times. I needed it to take my meds, which is none of their business why I was in desperation. One employee saw me and walked away. The other employee purposely went slower with her customer. I leaned over a few times looking for help. I ended up at Co-op. I needed my pain meds immediately...... and you just ignored me.
My lady and I just bought a sandwich at this location. She took 1 bite before asking the staff to let her use the washroom. Barely 5 minutes went by when a female security guard with a limp came in asking to use the washroom, and upon hearing it was in use and that she been in too long, went to the bathroom and said, "security, you been in too long" let me repeat the fact barely 5 minutes went by. Subway is one of my favorite fast-food places because the sandwiches are fresh, tasty, and customizable. I like that I can choose my own bread, vegetables, sauces, and protein. The staff are usually friendly and prepare the food quickly. The restaurant is clean, and the ingredients taste fresh. Their toasted subs and cookies are especially delicious. Subway is a great option for a quick, healthy, and satisfying meal.
Today I went to Subway for the first time my staff was very friendly. The food was great and very clean. Thank you for making my sandwich Ken.
