Horrible service. The female that works there is horrendous to customers, it's not my first bad experience with her either. First of all the app would not take my order because I ordered a wrap. So I went to the DT menu, tried to order my wrap, had to repeat it several times, the male and female kept switching out on the speaker for some weird reason, and each time I had to wait because they weren't paying attention. Sub was good, staff was friendly. Out of all chips except regular lays.
If I could give this a half-star or a zero-star rating, I would. I usually go to the Handy Mart Subway, but I decided to go to this one because it was closer. When I got there, they had no customers, and I ordered my food online. They literally were not making any of my order. After about 15 minutes, I asked them if they received it. Ordered two subs last night about 7:30. Both were surprisingly good since this location usually is awful. The kid that made my steak and cheese did an especially good job, please give him kudos. This is in stark contrast to my visit a few months ago when I walked in to get my order from the rack. This woman was sweeping the floor, was probably Nicole judging by a lot of these reviews, and didn't acknowledge me at all.. didn't even look at me. Terrible service from supervisor Nicole Visited the Subway at 600 N Marine Blvd #100, Jacksonville, NC 28540 on. The lady who appeared to be the supervisor, Nicole, was extremely rude the entire time. She refused to let me add sauce to my sandwich even though I specifically asked for it. On top of that, she made a snide comment about another customer outside, saying something like “looks like she’s going to gamble.” It was completely unprofessional and made the whole experience uncomfortable.
