Horrible.. Service!!!!! I look for 2 subway restaurant and ginally get here, thinking-ioh,finally get a sandwich- Thr lady, very rude ask for my order.. I'm telling her what i want and she is like, she don't know what im telling her i show her the phone where i had the order and she get upset.. ok.. I'm yelling she is like.. oh. No ... If you have a restaurant please, be nice.. and if you don't want to work in the restaurant Service is better to close the restaurant.. 🤬🤬
If i could give 0 stars i would. This is by far the worst location of any subway. If you read the other reviews everyone knows who I'm talking about. There is absolutely no customer service, the manager/owner is cutting corners to try and save them from going out of business. There is much better sandwich options in Burbank, do not go here unless you like someone telling you that you cant have any vegetables on your turkey sandwich and that you must choose only one.
