If you can go to another Subway location, I would strongly recommend doing so. The staff member named Shelley was extremely rude, impatient, and unpleasant. She rushed customers through their orders and became visibly annoyed if they didn’t answer her immediately. At one point, a customer who did not speak English well was still deciding what to order when Shelley said, “Are you going to speak or not?” I found that extremely disrespectful and unnecessary. We LOVE this subway!!! Always a 10/10!! I’ve visited this subway for well over 2 decades now and now matter how much time passes in between eating here, the sandwiches always just taste so much better here than any other subway I go to. IF YOU SRE USING A COUPON, DONT CUT OFF THE QR CODE! YOU CANT USE THE COUPONS WITHOUT THE QR CODE! That was for anyone who is having problems with using their coupons here.
Unacceptable and cruel treatment of a child with special needs. I had a horrible experience at this location today. My 8-year-old daughter, who is autistic, mistakenly picked up a large cup and filled it at the soda fountain. It was an honest mistake. When I tried to explain the situation to the staff and the owner, they completely lacked any empathy or understanding.
