My husband & I had the pleasure of being served by Ayinde Stuart on 04/16/26. That young man was very professional. We observed him cleaning up his work station & changing his gloves in between each customer, he paid attention to detail (made our sandwiches look like a commercial), didn't talk all over our food & worked swiftly & efficiently. He exceeded our expectations & is definitely an asset to your company. **Please, pass this message on to him.** GREAT JOB!
Order food at 1105 am at 2pm still nothing said they had no bread how does a sandwich shop run out of bread when they claim it is made fresh every day
They stole money from me. I placed an order online and when I arrived, they were out of meatballs. I never received a refund for the meatball sub. I have tried calling them, they refuse to answer the phone. I don’t live in the same city so I can’t swing by there. I even opened up a case online which was just closed out with no resolution.
Would never come here. Worst service ever! Ordered and paid for my sandwich before even coming only to get there and have to wait in a 10 minute line. When I was finally being helped I was told that they were out of tuna and cheese by the rudest manager I have ever encountered. She stated she was the district manager and didn’t even offer fix the problem. I ate inside with my wife and son today after a baby shower nearby. Jessica was working and she was AMAZING!!! She was so kind to us and she really loved my son. He is 2. She was VERY conversationional and overall just a great host. Whenever we are in the area again, we will totally come back!!!!
