We went in there to ask for the time. They were very rude and arrogant responding to us when all we asked for was the time they closed. We won’t be coming back with rude yall are.!
Not one to leave bad reviews, but this experience definitely warrants one. My family and I visited the Subway in Sneads Ferry this evening. I had double-checked the hours beforehand to ensure we had time to sit and eat, as my daughter had practice later. We arrived around 8:30 PM, well before the posted closing time. This review is specifically for the customer service. The duo working tonight must’ve been in some kind of spat. Whatever it was caused them to slam trays loudly on the counter, throw open the covers making it slam against the glass, make no eye contact with the customer AT ALL, huff and puff like we were inconveniencing them, so much so that we thought we walked in and they were closed and had to ask. Just do better. But as always, the food was good. :)
