Definitely feel like this place is just going down hill the food is getting worse and worse
Has improved a lot!
Waited in line like everyone else, and when it was finally my turn, the guy just walked to the back. Came back, said “5 mins,” then disappeared again. I left — not wasting my time on a place that treats customers like that.
Ok I’ve been here plenty of times and I think this is the last straw. First off, no one understands a word I’m saying. My order? A footlong, multigrain meatball sub with LIGHT sauce. What I got? A six inch, white bread “meatball” sub with 2 1/2 meatballs and enough sauce to choke a child. How did we get here? First the kid didn’t understand that I wanted light sauce and began smearing sauce on the bun as you would butter a sandwich? Then switched it up and gave me ALL the sauce.
