I ordered my food for pickup and ate in the restaurant with my 7 year old. Half my order was sitting on the register counter for anyone to take. When I grabbed the bag, she had come out from the back. She did not say a single word to me as I picked out the chips and soda for my daughters meal (which I had designated in the app and was not put with the order). I door dashed from this location and they charged me 20$ for half of what I ordered
I placed my Subway order online, and the guy completely messed it up. I’m not talking about one or two things wrong — he made an entirely different sandwich than what I ordered. And when I went back to fix it, he flat-out refused to give me the correct one I paid for. No apology, no help, just attitude. This is unacceptable.
Subway is a great place to get subs
Worst subway I've been too. The employee wouldn't let anyone use the restroom. He was rude, didn't make the sandwich right and didn't care. The music there is terrible too.
