Walked in and as soon as I walked in to order the employee walked in the back. I stood inside for 10 minutes and no one walked back out. Once I left the store and got to my car the employee walked back out again. Crazy.

I ordered my food for pickup and ate in the restaurant with my 7 year old. Half my order was sitting on the register counter for anyone to take. When I grabbed the bag, she had come out from the back. She did not say a single word to me as I picked out the chips and soda for my daughters meal (which I had designated in the app and was not put with the order).
