I must compliment the manager that hires the young men that work the night shift at this subway. A few months ago, I came in with my young son, we were headed camping and atv-ing, we stopped at this castle pines subway on our way to Rampart. My son was super excited, giving me hugs, lots of smiles. The young man working the counter, I believe his name is Trevor, he gave me the coolest compliment ever - he told me I'm the richest man on earth because of the relationship I have with my son. horrible place, don’t try to call them and waste your time they won’t answer….i couldn’t order my 6-7 sandwiches for my birthday party ! :(
Don’t eat here! Ordered online. Paid for double meat- didn’t get. Sub was put together in a haphazard manner. Wasn’t toasted. The meat, however, was warm which is concerning because I watched the young man make the sandwich. The fountain drink machine has clearly not been cleaned in some time. The drinks were disgusting. The store not clean. Would appreciate a full refund.
Ordered online only to get to the store and they are out of meatballs. Employee was unable to cancel my order and refused to refund my money. He said his boss doesn’t like giving refunds. I paid for a product, if you can’t provide said product you issue a refund. Store is understaffed and dirty. Take some pride in your business.
