I ordered through grubhub so no comments about the service or atmosphere. But the food was terrible! There was so little meat in the sandwich, probably less than 1/3 of what you can see in the picture from the app. I used to order from Waltham and the same type of sandwich looked fine. This is the first time that I ordered from this location and would be my last. Would not recommend!
I had one of the most disappointing experiences at this Subway location. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The staff were inattentive, unfriendly, and seemed disinterested in taking orders. The sandwich I ordered was poorly made—the bread was stale, and the vegetables were not fresh. They are giving less meat when compared to other subway down the street. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving food quality, cleanliness, and staff training.
The number 3 is my favourite food is always so fresh highly recommend so clean fresh food keep up good work guys
