Steak and cheese wrap was delicious. Service was great.
The only reason this store even gets any stars is because of the sweet lady working by herself this Sunday morning. The owners should be ashamed of themselves for making one person work during lunch rush alone absolutely unprofessional. Why own a restaurant if you don’t want to run it properly??
I arrived at the subway at 8:36 PM, only to see an employee make eye contact before switching off the open sign. I can understand, but certainly don’t condone, businesses closing a few minutes early; however, when it's still over 30 minutes until closing time, and the employee directly acknowledges a customer before shutting the door, that’s just absurd. Good place and nice customer service
DO NOT ORDER ON THE APP/ONLINE!! You are way better off going in and waiting in the ridiculous line. Online orders are not a priority what so ever. And the ONE person that’s working, can’t talk and work at the same time…and boy oh boy, he’s got a lot to talk about. And, on top of that, EVERYTIME they forget something on my order. Subway Glen Oak, you’re lucky you’re the only one on this end of town, but step it up!
