It is unacceptable. I need the owner to answer me as soon as possible since the manager who is there did not help me at all and hung up on me and does not answer. The person in charge is not at all professional.
Terrible. Every time I order delivery they forget something, this past time was THREE drinks and a bag of chips. So I figured next time I'll go in person. Customer service sucked and they were out of so many things. Definitely not going to this one anymore.
These nachos look and taste nothing like advertised 🤢 don't order this mess
This is not limited to just this location, but more than likely Subway restaurants as a whole. Their "new" order by number sandwiches are nothing more than a scam to get you to pay more for the same sandwich you can order from the create your own sandwich menu. The board says extra meat and cheese. I have eliminated this as an isolated mistake, as the same thing has happened twice each at 4 different locations.
