Horribly long wait times for no clear reason.
The store is always clean, and the staff are very nice. Thank you for all you do!
Last night went in to get a sub. There was one older lady working there by herself who was extremely rude and dismissive for no apparent reason. I am not one to usually write reviews, however, this experience left me with a really bad taste in my mouth. Reading the other reviews about this place, it seems like it has been an ongoing pattern with her. Corporate seriously needs to do something about her.
It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a subway this clean. Also the gentleman working tonight was soo kind. Wonderful customer service is hard to find nowadays.
