I did not catch the guys name but whoever was working on 8.22 at 11am wearing glasses needs a new attitude. I walk in and no one is at the station but I hear two gentlemen talking in the back. I waited a bit to see if someone would come and he only did so after I moved over to the register. He apologized and I told him it was no problem. After he made it I selected no tip. I would appreciate it if Chris didn’t complain about what I’m ordering. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable! On top of that, my boyfriend wanted herbs and cheese but he refused to give it to us and gave us white bread. Yes, there was herbs and cheese available right there, but I’m not sure why he refused to give it to us. Not sure if he was being racist because we were Asians.
I know it's tough to find good help but this Chris guy that now works there needs a better attitude. Scolding customers is not ok! And if you tell me your veggies got frozen and you don't recommend, then how about you change them out? I work a block away but Jimmy johns does also deliver here.
This location is terrible. The manager was snarky and rude. All the soda was out in the machine. Plus my sandwich tasted like cardboard.
