I had a bad experience. After I paid for my food, my napkins fell on the floor so I ask for more twice but the employee was on her phone and not paying attention. I ended up taking some myself, and other worker yelled at me saying I should’ve asked first it made me uncomfortable. I hope management improves customer service and professionalism.
I was standing in line and the Indian working there took the customers 20 dollar bill while wearing his gloves and so I left.
This got to be the worst subway ever! Went through the subway app. They got our order wrong twice...pathetic!
Llegamos faltando 30 min y no nos atienden, enlos restaurantes como tal atienden hasta la hora que se establece además normalmente no demoran más de 10 min en sacar un pedido. No es grato venir a un lugar en dónde no se atiende no creo que vuelva a este punto.
