I wish I could give this location ZEROOOO stars! We love subway, but I feel as if the customer service needs help. We’ve had two incidences while trying to get our food. One was when we went around 7:30 PM, and the door was locked. The young lady saw us standing outside while she was at a table, and walked past us to the back and then mouthed “we’re closed”. We tried calling and they did not answer their phone. Jessica was the only employee at 11:45, and it was quite busy between people standing in line and online order pick ups, but she handled it like a rockstar! She greated everyone as they entered and was very quick making the subs all while keeping a great attitude and a smile on her face!

I came in at 435pm on 8/19/25 and both employees who "assisted" me seemed very unhappy to be serving customers. They did not leave my outlaw sandwich in the toaster long enough to heat the meat. I paid $13 for a cold sandwich and poor service.
