This is a very convenient location for me to go, however I choose not to eat here because of the service. The staff unfortunately must be very stressed.
I truly wished I would have taken my receipt for this transaction. There was a young male and female in shift. The male was polite and professional. But the female worked very hard at being rude. She had difficulty hearing me and made a loud "huh" sound. I told her I wanted the bread with cheese and she snapped at me. Then I requested no onions and she said, "they're down there". Not The Best But It's There!
I recently visited this Subway and had a great experience that deserves some recognition. The staff was friendly, my sandwich was made exactly how I requested, and the ingredients were fresh. I know this location has received some negative reviews, but I want to remind everyone that respect goes both ways. As customers, we have a role to play in creating a positive environment.
