One of the best sandwiches that I’ve had. Thank you to the nice lady who made it. You were friendly and made sure it was made right.
I placed two mobile orders through the Subway app and expected them to be ready at the time listed. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the most frustrating and disappointing visits I have ever experienced at a restaurant. When I arrived, there was one employee working at the front. He was a younger Black man who was polite, respectful, and doing his best to keep up. He acknowledged me right away and asked another employee to begin working on my order. The year round nightmare before Christmas theme and the employees really make this place the only real reason worth swinging by, otherwise it's just another subway.
Food was not too bad
The food was delicious, and the customer service from CoCo was amazing, and what landed the raring in that category. I felt bad for her, as she was pulled so thin, and working extra hard to run the whole store. Thankfully, the line of customers were patient and understanding, except one pair who quietly slipped out. It made me feel bitter towards the company however. You can have delicious foods, but when you don’t take into consideration those who work there, it makes me not want to support that abuse of labor.
