Visited this Subway on Thursday evening around 7:30 PM (March 26, 2026) with my wife, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The restaurant was completely empty when we walked in. We approached the counter and were looking over the menu, preparing to place our order. The food is always good. However the crew could stand to improve in their professionalism. Daniel was clearly not thrilled to be working and rolled his eyes the entire time while serving me. I get it, people have bad days, totally understandable. But treating your customers in a rude and dismissive manner won't improve sales.
I had a large order (9 ea., 6” subs), and the two ladies, Michealla (shift lead) & Roslyn (morning shift) were both super helpful!! Roslyn started the subs, and Michealla finished them with the veggies, sauces and cashed me out. She was very sweet and professional! Thank you ladies for your excellent service with my big order!!
