I have been a very long-term customer for the Clarkesville location, including before the location changed. I get various sandwiches, but I always order the same toppings: tomatoes OR banana peppers, pickles, and lots of black olives. On my most recent visit (October 8th, between 3:30-4:00pm), I was told that I could only have 6 olives on my foot-long sandwich. SIX OLIVES?!?!? This is by far the best subway I've been to. I started going to the clarkesville location because the one closest to me in cornelia was absolute trash. The staff are friendly, the space is very clean and the vegetables are always fresh. I came back yesterday not long after they opened and this time I brought my elderly client all the way from toccoa because the toccoa subway is also trash and she wanted a good sub. I found hair in my sandwich and the lady that works here did not wear a hairnet and her hair got into my food but the gentleman that is working was phenomenal
Super clean store, great staff, food is always fresh!!
The staff in there on 9/2/26 were great. Friendly & welcoming. Food is good. I like the sub in a bowl. Always fresh. On the atmosphere the store is clean, however when the sun is setting they have windows that the sun beams in & makes it difficult to see the toppings & the employees get it straight in their face while trying to fix food for the customers. They really need some sort of tint, blinds, window covering. It was not good. Other then that no complaints.
