On Saturday Jan 18 around 4:20 pm me and my husband ordered 2 sandwiches. The young people thet were working were very unprofessional. (William and Kallie) The young man that was preparing my sandwich put the wrong chicken on my sandwich and when he realized it he said the f word removed the chicken from the bread and put it back into the container got the correct chicken and started making my sandwich. Manager working night shift needs to learn how to actually handle customers. I’ve been in a lot of bad customer service situations but this was the first time I’ve had a manager walk in and escalate a situation. Wont be shopping at the subway or the grocery store anymore.
