Took 45 minutes extra for 2 sandwiches I preordered about 20 minutes before. The girls served all walk ins first and made any preorders wait longer. Shame on management for not having more help. I’m not happy that the young ladies were not able to balance the orders but management should’ve staffed the store better. There’s no sense hitting close to an hour and still waiting. Never coming here again.

the BEST subway EVER!
I don’t know what happened today but I’ve never had this issue. I’ve ordered during the week at lunch rush and never had issues and never checked my order. So imagine my surprise when on a weekend when the store was so empty they started my order immediately and got there the store was empty and the order was wrong. At first I thought I got the same sandwich twice because whoever was labeling it put 1 of 2 on both. Then unwrapping them I found they had switched the bread on the sandwiches.
