Came to dine in, needed to use the restroom first. It was locked the lady insisted no one was in there I told her it was locked and asked if she had a key. She didn’t even want to help me. So rude, guess I will go eat somewhere else
As I walk in I see the Rush just ended. Dirty floors and table to the bar. As I place my order the worker is just throwing stuff on the sub. She closed the sandwich to wrapped it without asking what I wanted on it. If she would stop talking on the phone and pay attention maybe service would improve.

My cookies are hard as a rock never experienced that at any subway, wayyyy too much mayo and the lady was rude wouldn’t even let me finish without saying “what else?” Not even milk is softening these it’s like they are super old
