Im sorry I didn’t catch the guy behind the counter that made my sandwich name. He was super nice and great at suggestions to help me make up my mind. He was very polite and respectful. Thanks for the great customer service. It really mad my day.
Two men working there. One had severe sores running from his nose, not covered the other sneezed and he didn’t cover his mouth, germs went everywhere. My sandwich was so salty it was almost inedible. Tried the cookie and I was stale, hard and had an awful taste. I didn’t complain because we eat there a lot and never had any problems but I read previous reviews and decided to write a review.
My order was online and when I picked it up, I got a fountain Coca Cola, after I got to the car, I found it was almost pure soda water, little to no syrup. Then I got back to work, opened my sandwich up and needed a fork to not get it all over me, there was way more dressing in the wrapping paper than was on the sandwich, a few pieces of visible chicken, it was a colossal mess. I stood at the counter waiting to place an order while the gentleman was making all of the to go orders, and the other gentleman was busy chatting with people. I believe that if you are going to have one person dedicating themselves to online orders and not waiting on customers that are actually in the store, then it would be in your best interest to hire another person.
