I visited Subway yesterday morning and was pleasantly surprised by the service. A hijabi girl, I believe her name is Naina, was working the morning shift—she was excellent with her communication and very polite. She made my food patiently, just the way I wanted, and gave outstanding customer service. I’ve been here many times before and had unpleasant experiences with two Gujarati male staff who were rude and struggled to communicate clearly. The cashier lied and said I couldn’t place my order on line for their store. It was for the $6.99 foot long special promotion.The cheddar broccoli soup was scorched.
