The sandwiches were great but the staff let me down, I ordered for my colleague and she sent me a menu, I showed it to the staff and expected them to follow it, the staff didn't even look at it and told me she didn't want to read the menu sent from her phone, which was speechless! Later I had to read it out to her one by one..... I won't go back, even though the food is delicious, but their management needs to make changes! !
Waited over 10 minutes for someone to help me because she had to make an order of 5 sandwiches she seemed upset. I was the only person in the store. No reason to wait for an order that isn’t here to be picked up. It’s completely BS. I will never be back
Not enough help. Employees screaming and crying. Handling cash and food with the same gloves. Things falling on the floor and being used without being cleaned.
This location appears to be struggling. Management needs to make some changes. Soap was out in the men's restroom. Three employees working for a lunch rush...that wasn't much if a rush initially. Service was slow. One person was in the back and the person on the register was training. Diet Pepsi fountain was out with a label over it. Mistakes were being made and the process was disorganized - before it got busy. Place looked unkept and dirty.
