This location appears to be struggling. Management needs to make some changes. Soap was out in the men's restroom. Three employees working for a lunch rush...that wasn't much if a rush initially. Service was slow. One person was in the back and the person on the register was training. Diet Pepsi fountain was out with a label over it. I recently visited Subway and decided to go for a classic steak and cheese sandwich, hoping for a filling, satisfying meal. The sandwich was made fresh with all the usual toppings, and the combination of tender steak, melted cheese, and crisp veggies was pretty delicious. However, my experience took an unpleasant turn when, about halfway through, I found a long, blonde hair tangled in the lettuce. It was a complete turnoff and definitely ruined the meal. I guess they close whenever they feel like it showed up at 8:25 to a closed store, the website says open till 9
