Hire people with real customer service skills and actually do their job. Why is "hot honey" the BIG ADVERTISED item, yet, I go in at 2PM on a Sunday, and your one 12 year old worker refuses to refill it, so I get 1 tiny drop on my $13 footlong (not 5, weird). There was nobody in the store and the music was up so loud you had to basically yell to order. Lame ass worker doing lame ass work.
What we thought would be a quick lunch on our trip was anything but that. Restaurant was dirty. Women's restroom was nasty. Employees were borderline rude. Order took longer than should have and our sandwich had a black hair in it. When I took it to the counter, the girl just looked at me. Then said, did you want me to remake it. I replied yes, we aren't eating one with a hair in it. She angrily threw the sandwich away and walked off. The sandwich she made was marginal at best.
