The treatment my son received was absolutely terrible. The employee charged him separately for each item instead of ringing everything up together, which made the experience unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. The way my son was treated was very disrespectful and unprofessional. This is not the kind of customer service I expect from Subway. I hope management addresses this situation and trains the staff to treat customers with more respect.
The light skinned black guy has to be one of the worst sandwich maker ever. Only put half of the ingredients on the sandwich, i had to keep telling him more and it's still more bread than anything. Needless to say wont be going back. I don't know why its so hard for some people to put together a decent sandwich especially when its a $12 sandwich. I got maybe $2 worth of toppings.
We ordered 30 minutes before closing. The employee we had was phenomenal and so gracious. She made our experience and food even better.
Outstanding service from Isabella she is kind energetic.
