We placed a catering order for the business I work at and this subway went above and beyond to accommodate us. Even after our catering pickup order, we still needed to put in an order for more sandwiches and the manager Desi was so helpful in making sure we were able to get them. Thank you to Desi and her team on helping us.
So we ordered thru the subway app I got a chicken bacon ranch sub and it came with pinch of lettuce 5 pickles and 3 tomato’s for a foot long with barely any meat on it at all and asked for extra pickles even put a note. Please retrain or actually care about the food sending it out.
I don’t know if this is normal, but they were refusing customer service to almost everyone. They had a sign outside that said “no longer taking orders” because they needed to catch up with work. There was three people, but cannot handle a rush. Also the sandwiches were made disorganized. #rittaminrules
denied customer service because they were “busy” were out of pickles and cucumbers and were lowkey sassy about it, I asked for wheat bread and they claimed they were out but the customer behind me literally got wheat bread??? Idk they were very mad and salty for no reason!!.
They ran out of pickles and didn’t try to replace it, overall the place seemed like a mess
