Customer service very bad especially the owner
It’s Subway—you pretty much know exactly what you’re getting. It’s incredibly convenient for a quick lunch, and I always appreciate being able to customize my sandwich exactly how I want it right in front of me. The bread at this location was soft and tasted fresh, which is always a plus. However, it’s hard to ignore that the prices seem to keep creeping up while the portions of meat and cheese feel like they are shrinking. My husband and I stopped by this Subway to order sandwiches, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. When we walked in, the restaurant was empty, yet we waited over five minutes before an employee came out from the back to acknowledge us. When the employee, Nicole, finally came to help us, she did not greet us and seemed to have an attitude while taking our order. This place is disgusting! The bread is already over cooked before toasting and all the veggies are frozen!!! This was a waste of money! Yuck! Bland soggy veggies on cardboard hard bread! Super disappointing
