My experience was great!! Amazing customer service from an employee named Michelle! I loved my bowl and she made it with such care!! She was so nice, give her a raise Subway!!!!!!
Very confused by the logic here at Subway They are literally counting out the ingredients that they’re putting on a sub, barely filling it up And then asking for a tip. How about actually properly putting ingredients on the item.
Went because I had coupons in the mail for $5.99 for a 6" turkey sub, they did not honour it and instead I paid $13. I should've refused to pay, but I didn't want to make a scene. Will never be going back. I get that the coupons work at select locations, but it worked in the past and now they don't accept them? I work in the mall, but I will not ever be getting my lunch here again. So overpriced and service was bare minimum - I also work in customer service and have done fast food. Save your money, go somewhere else!
This place is only a more than total tip off, only a single sub has cost me 49$ which is 5 times higher price than any subways on earth directly, never go there you will directly get stolen right out your whole wallet!! Worst subways ever seen and blatantly lie that oh it is because we are in a cf mall while i know more than 5 in cf malls by example hamilton cf limeridge which the same sub is 12$, not 49$!!!
Careful about this location, I got charged 25 bucks for a foot long and Pepsi, this is the most expensive sandwich I ever had. Totally a rip off.
