This was our first time coming to this drive-thru subway on Oct 26 at 11:07am. We went inside to order and while we were ordering food, the young woman that was making our sandwiches had an airpods pro in her ear. She was having a conversation while asking us what we wanted and saying, "what?" a couple times. Maybe remove your ear piece and take your personal calls on your personal time and break.
