I am writing to report an incident that occurred during my visit to your Subway location this afternoon. The service I received was both unprofessional and concerning from a food-safety standpoint. While preparing my sandwich, the employee asked which vegetables and condiments I wanted. After I told him I would like a small amount of mayo at the end, he removed the vegetables he had already placed on my sandwich and set them directly on the counter. Worst service I have ever had. Management refused to make my sandwich the way I like it. Will never go back
Food was find but wow I’ve never waited this long in a line of 3 people. Person working was insanely slow and had no sense of urgency.
This was in Boone Iowa they wouldn't stop talking behind the counters to get my order correct and then I had to eat cold chicken I told my warm it up the meat nope I don't like toasted bread from your dish machines
