I am writing to report an incident that occurred during my visit to your Subway location this afternoon. The service I received was both unprofessional and concerning from a food-safety standpoint. While preparing my sandwich, the employee asked which vegetables and condiments I wanted. After I told him I would like a small amount of mayo at the end, he removed the vegetables he had already placed on my sandwich and set them directly on the counter.
