The experience that we had was awful and I cannot recommend this restaurant. The gal that served us was contrary and was on the defense even without any opposition from us. Not only was she rude to me and my family but to the guy behind us as well. If I could give this location an overall score of zero I would. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other Subway in Jerome and you'll probably have a better than sub par experience.
Manager was not kind whatsoever! Horrible attitude & had a hard time ordering. Will not be back!
RUDE. RUDE. and more RUDE! Went through drive through and thought it was them just having a bad day…. A couple months later my daughter wanted subway instead of going to the Walmart subway I went through drive through. The “manager” is so incredibly rude. You can not make your own sandwiches, she questions everything after you and it’s always a very unpleasant experience. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Walmart up the street and go to that subway. It’s so much better!
For a fast food restraunt it was fine. Nothing more or less than you expect from subway
Absolutely terrible! We walked in and we were the only ones there. Waited a few min, no one acknowledged that we were there. A few min later a worker walked over didn't even look up at us or say anything, filled cheese and left the area again. A few min later he comes back out still nothing.... so we ened up just leaving.
