The food is always good customer service sucks you would think they treat there customers better
The employees here are very rude , I asked for a # 6 which does not have any pepperoni, and the guy packed it with pepperoni, then I ask him to put parmesan cheese on my sandwich b4 he put it in the oven and he made it seem like it was a problem asking me if I wanted it on after and then I asked if he can put extra time so my sandwich is extra crispy and he made it seem like it was a problem.. I do not recommend coming to this subway... And then they're sodas taste DISGUSTING.. I don't think they've ever cleaned the machine ... read more
My wife and I enjoy their sliders they are great.Once in a while I always come to this Subway location in Montebello when I go shopping at Albertsons or CVS or the store in the shopping center. I have eaten Subway sandwiches for many years before the choices of other sandwiches shops popping up. Got sick. No more subway.
I was poorly greeted by the owner, I would give zero stars but not an option, my bread was stale with crumbs falling off it, as the bread looked hard my sandwiches were given to me wide open not wrapped and the person making them was sick and coughing. No mask!! I told the owner about it and he told me that sandwich are served open and not wrapped while dinning, my sandwich had little vegetables.
