Doesn’t look like an Ultimate BMT with double meat, which I ordered through DoorDash. Very disappointed!
store made the mistake of not marking items out of stock on the app, i ordered my food and it wasn't able to be made since they were out of nearly every meat (insane). was told that i can get a refund through the app, there is not a single way to get a refund through the app. i've been told that a manager must void the order in the system, the manager said that wasn't the policy and i had to go through the app. there is not a single way to cancel an order through the app, especially when the employee marks it as done. seems ... read more
Yummy
We ordered for delivery and they forgot to toast our sandwiches and forgot our drinks. And now when we call to try and resolve the issue the number provided is out of service. This is ridiculous. Last time we'll be ordering from this Subway.
I used to come a lot to this location due to the proximity of my apartment complex, but sadly I will now have to go a bit away to another for now on. 1) They do not use gloves anymore. 2) They do not care for cross-contamination (Cashier lady touching food) 3) they do not use anything but the pieces of paper that they put the sub on and they burn on the oven (my sub smell/taste like burn paper. 4) they do not recognize coupons anymore.
