Waited 20 minutes for the one person working to inform me they had nothing I wanted. How hard is it ti post something on the door when your out of half the Ingredients
Ordered 4 subs and ft long cookie. 3 of the subs were supposed to be toasted and they weren't. One was supposed to have BBQ and it had honey mustard instead. Another, only half had mayo and banana peppers. How hard is it to make a sandwich, especially when the build ticket has every on it? Oh, and tried to call them with the number provided by google, and it says the numbers no longer in service. So no way to get anything fixed or talk to someone about it either
Doesn’t look like an Ultimate BMT with double meat, which I ordered through DoorDash. Very disappointed!
store made the mistake of not marking items out of stock on the app, i ordered my food and it wasn't able to be made since they were out of nearly every meat (insane). was told that i can get a refund through the app, there is not a single way to get a refund through the app. i've been told that a manager must void the order in the system, the manager said that wasn't the policy and i had to go through the app. there is not a single way to cancel an order through the app, especially when the employee marks it as done. seems ... read more
