I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the subway system. The amount of vegetables provided was insufficient, and despite my repeated requests and offers to pay an additional fee, the staff responded with rudeness and they just pretended to add more veg, and they only grilled my wrap for five seconds, and the sub was under toasted as well
Update: forgot how bad this location was and went back. They’re still just as bad. They are extremely cheap and will give you barely any toppings. Painful visit here. The staff overcharges for anything they can- and they don’t know what even comes on most subs. Truly incapable people
I eat a lot at subways and I don’t know how the subway can have a higher rating than the one uptown. There’s only one lady at this location that has the ability to smile. Most of the other ladies don’t even look happy that you’re standing in front of them. Not sure why people take a job working with a public when they don’t like the public. I certainly hope the owner reads these reviews, cause I know there’s other people out there that are looking for work and now had to smile or at least pretend.
