Ordered online and paid through the Subway App for The Beast footlong and the Home Run Ham footlong, place is located in the restaurant area in Waikele Outlets by Genki Sushi, Chilis and Mcds so parking is kinda tough to find during peak hours. Usually park by KFC and walk across, order was ready when I walked in, doesnt get much easier than that🤙 4 stars
Edwin is fantastic please give him a raise asap. Always see him working when I go on my lunch break at night very welcoming and friendly and also he seems to keep the food bowls really nice and tidy. I for the longest time didn’t eat here because the food bowls and counter looked gross and messy but ever since I’ve seen him working here it’s been so much better and I’ve actually started coming here regularly because of that!
I was hoping that the sweet onion chicken teriyaki could have been toasted a little bit longer and the flatbread could have been cut better
Went there a few before opening to get food, waited patiently at the door and then worker came out and said they didn’t open for another hour due to a catering event. No sign on the door or anything and extremely rude service as if I was inconveniencing them by showing up right at opening hours. Problem could’ve been solved with a simple sign on the door
The women who said she was the owner but never gave me her name was incredibly rude from the start. She wasn’t listening to me or my girlfriend, kept grabbing the wrong things, then she would be frustrated cause I corrected her. I’ve been eating at subway for a long time always got the same order never had an issue til this lady in fact not two days ago I was there and I ordered the same sandwich with no issues and she was even there while the new guy was making my sandwich.
