I love getting Subway from this location! The aunties are always so sweet and welcoming, they make me feel like I’m back home in the Philippines. Their kindness and great service always brighten my day, and they even give me extra lettuce lol!
Great service and staff!
My wife and her friend went there to grab dinner for their families. Her friend ordered and tried to get a second meatball sandwich and was told they were out of meatballs. She ordered a sandwich from a different store so she could get what she wanted, but my wife went to order two sandwiches and a salad. I used the subway app to order BOGO50. When I opened my sandwiches, only 1 piece of chicken in each pieces of sandwiches, (it was cut in 3 pieces) I called Waikele Subway to inquire, the manager said because it was BOGO50, I only get 50% of ingredients...wow...just wow....my co workers and I will never order from this location again! Why participate the promotion when you don't honor it!
Absolute terrible service. The oven was broken and they didn’t have any of the nachos. Workers were rude. Do not come to this place.
