I haven’t been to subway in many years, maybe like 5-10. Honestly, the audacity of subway to operate like this. 31$ for 2 six inch subs and 2 bags of ships. Ridiculous price aside, Food quality lacking. Service was snail pace. Best part-while we were eating we watched an inspector change the “passed” sign on the door to “conditional pass”. I love getting Subway from this location! The aunties are always so sweet and welcoming, they make me feel like I’m back home in the Philippines. Their kindness and great service always brighten my day, and they even give me extra lettuce lol!

I used the subway app to order BOGO50. When I opened my sandwiches, only 1 piece of chicken in each pieces of sandwiches, (it was cut in 3 pieces) I called Waikele Subway to inquire, the manager said because it was BOGO50, I only get 50% of ingredients...wow...just wow....my co workers and I will never order from this location again! Why participate the promotion when you don't honor it!
