It's terrible. They get the order wrong and when you call to correct it they say that they can't help you you have to speak to the manager but you can never reach a manager
Sorry guys but my phone orders have been consistently misunderstood. I order 3 footlongs and I give the toppings and then when I arrive 15 minutes later and the guy is just staring at my face and says “would you like me to start preparing your order?”
