I was returning from a doctor's appointment in Atrium and this mall is very close-by. I stopped by to get lunch and even though the food court had a plethora of options, I decided to go to this subway because I know and love subway's sandwiches. i ordered everything fine but when it came to add the extra stuff like tomato and mayo and wrap it up the lady didnt care how it got done and wrapped it horribly, the sandwich came out crunched and deformed to where i didn't have a pleasent eating experience, it isnt faster or hard work its just being lazy and not doing your job correctly
If I could give ZERO stars I would! I ordered an order on the app, got a phone call from the subway saying they had none of my order!!! They told me to cancel the order in the app! There is no way to do that in the app, I tried calling and using the online chat system to get a refund with no way to get in touch with anyone or any contact back to receive a refund! Asked for tuna fish the girl said “we don’t have fish just tuna” I should have left right then . I said it’s called tuna fish. Then she gonna say “I don’t know all the big names” Huh?!?!!!! What ???
