I went in to buy a subway and the black olives were spoiled. I usually always get it but it tasted so bad and mushy which made me throw my whole sandwich away which made me pretty upset because i was hungry and spent my last couple dollars on that sandwich. Also the customer service was very ignorant and make u feel in a rush and not friendly. Better to order online and pick up in store versus dealing with the lines as this location gets busy around lunch and dinner times. The staff are nice and the orders were prepared in a timely manner. Clean store with lots of indoor seating. Parking is tight but not impossible.
This is our favorite Subway on Oahu. It should get 10 Stars! Sandwiches are most excellent! Staff are always pleasant and professional.
