Don't come here unless you want to get ripped off. These guys don't tell you about your points or free rewards. And when you try to redeem it they make it hard or find a way to not let you use your points or reward. I've been to other stores that reminded me or asked me if I wanted to redeem a coupon when I scan or enter my number. I can't believe how consistent these guys are when it comes to this. Our review of Subway in Waipio. This is near Costco Waipio. We went for lunch. And we have cold cut combo, spicy Italian. Everything was fresh and made to are liking. I went in to buy a subway and the black olives were spoiled. I usually always get it but it tasted so bad and mushy which made me throw my whole sandwich away which made me pretty upset because i was hungry and spent my last couple dollars on that sandwich. Also the customer service was very ignorant and make u feel in a rush and not friendly. Better to order online and pick up in store versus dealing with the lines as this location gets busy around lunch and dinner times. The staff are nice and the orders were prepared in a timely manner. Clean store with lots of indoor seating. Parking is tight but not impossible.
This is our favorite Subway on Oahu. It should get 10 Stars! Sandwiches are most excellent! Staff are always pleasant and professional.
