I was charged an extra 2 dollars for the same thing i order at the other subway, do you charge extra for dining inside the store? If that so why i was told to sit on the sides while the store was empty, well no wonder it was empty. Just awful.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The sandwich maker (I believe her name was Roselyn, though I may not have it exactly right) was extremely rude during my visit. Rather than being welcoming or helpful, her attitude made the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. As a customer, I expect at least basic courtesy, but unfortunately, that was missing here. I hope management addresses this issue, because customer service is just as important as the food.
I did not receive good service at this Subway, 100 Morton Ave location.The staff seemed to be in a hurry for no reason, even though there was no rush. Because of that, the service felt rushed and not welcoming. I hope they can improve their customer service.
