I had a very disappointing experience with my recent Subway order. I placed an order late at night and was expecting to pick it up then, but my app showed a pickup time of 7 AM the next morning. When I visited the store at night, the staff told me they had not received any order under my name. I showed proof of my order and politely requested if they could prepare the food and inform the morning manager, but the girl working there said it was against their policy.
