Subway is only as good as the sandwiches they make and this location needs some help. I placed an order through the subway app so that I could pick up a meatball hero. In the app itself I left a note that asked for as little sauce as possible. Either the note was ignored or not seen as my hero was swimming in sauce (see photo). This is not the first time I've had issued with my sandwiches. Moving forward I will try the other Subway location in my neighborhood.
After giving my online order to the wrong person they accuse me of trying to pick it up again minutes later. They tried to give me another customer's order to get rid of me. I gave it back and told them it wasn't mine after opening it up to check. They tried to give it to the next person and make her double pay. (She paid in full online. I had her receipt when they tried to give me her order which they also got wrong.)
