Employee didn’t know how to activate a promotion, so I ended up paying full price for two subs a month & a half ago, leaving my details (including name & number) and have not gotten a call back. Avoid this location as the staff is neither knowledgeable, or helpful.
Rudest customer service I have ever experienced. Drugged out angry women that hate their job, shouldn't be handling food or in customer service.

Idk why Crystal has bad customer report and wanted to talk over me while asking for a certain employee but thats what happend when i called in and wasnt talking in a rude manner when it wasnt needed i wasnt being rude i had asked if a certain person was there and got lied to told that, that worker wasnt there and cut me off while speaking to say over and over again "can i take a message" like 4 times so just all around rude i would never work for someone that treats there customers like that you need to be a good example if ... read more
Food pretty typical for a Subway. The reason for the low stars is the service. Been here twice and two of the three employees were great. One employee, missed her name but she wore glasses and is younger, she was completely fake and rude. One of those people that is sarcastic and mean with a big smile on their face. For example, I asked for a bag and the response I got was "I'm getting there".
