I placed an order using the app to pick up at this location. It was the first time I have visited this one. The two people who were working around 5PM on the 17th of May were great! I had put in special instructions but one of the "artists" was in training and the instructions got missed. So I asked if that was my order and it was, so I let them know that I had put in special requests and could tell they missed it, nothing huge and easily corrected. I've been to many of these locations, but the cold cut foot long I ordered (with extras and reductions) was the best I've had in years. And I loved that the foot long was divided into two separate sections. Wish the others did that. Will be back again.
