It is hit or miss here. There is one guy and one lady that works here that are very friendly, then the rest are like robots, that don't know how to joke, laugh, talk, and stare at you with this deadpan face. Zero customer service skills. But what's worse, they started this ridiculous GUILT TRIP TIP nonsense that many people are doing that you have to now skip past. I'm not tipping you! You're not serving me at a table! Maybe if you made me feel welcome I might.
I ordered some subs yesterday from this location and I think they're the last culprit of the awful food poisoning I experienced later that day. It was pretty bad, so I won't be returning. Compared to other subways, these subs were sloppily thrown together. I would not be surprised if they failed to take proper cross contamination precautions.
