Stopped by the other day, service was quick, even with a small line, and the guys behind the counter (I think the name of one of them is Dillon) kept a great & friendly attitude the whole time. Maybe have name tags for your employees so they can be recognized properly, just a suggestion. My sub was done exactly as I asked, and it was delicious.
Store was open and locked. The employee was inside just goofing around and getting paid to do nothing?
Posted hours are not correct. Lazy employees turn on Open sign and then sit inside not opening the door until 10.
The two young men working tonight 2/9/26 were the most polite awesome employees! I made a mistake ordering in the app and called to see if they could make my order 40min later than what I put in. He very nicely told me that was no problem at all. I arrived at the new pick up time just as they were finishing the sandwiches proving that they really did wait to make them and didn’t let them sit for an extra 40 minutes. They were also SO POLITE.
