The two young men working tonight 2/9/26 were the most polite awesome employees! I made a mistake ordering in the app and called to see if they could make my order 40min later than what I put in. He very nicely told me that was no problem at all. I arrived at the new pick up time just as they were finishing the sandwiches proving that they really did wait to make them and didn’t let them sit for an extra 40 minutes. They were also SO POLITE. Excellent, best service!
I ordered on their app. Went to pick up my food once it showed that it was ready. Got there and was told that she was too busy to prepare my order and then proceeded to submit a refund. Lied about my food being ready and wasted my time.
