A very disappointing experience. The person managing the store was extremely rude and dismissive throughout my visit. On top of that, my sandwich was made incorrectly, which only added to the frustration. Instead of providing good customer service, he came across as unprofessional and unwilling to help. I expect much better after seeing the high reviews. I won’t be returning to this location.

Under different management. Had the tuna daily special. It was very salty. I had this same special at a different subway and it was not salty. Not sure what this subway is doing differently. A customer can add salt if they desire, but it can't be removed. Friendly. All the tables were dirty, but were wiped down after it was brought to their attention. management is very rude! !!Tried to push numbered meal. I don't know why they get so negative at this particular branch when you try to pay with a coupon. Yesterday, they told me to take my coupons somewhere else.

Enjoying every time I come in! The place is clean, very welcoming, and ready to make my same day catering order for work every time. I love seeing Firoza is amazing!
