Paid for extra mayonnaise got a squirt I asked for one sandwich to be toasted and even asked on my way out and she said yes I did I come back in because it’s not toasted she said I toasted the bacon the bacon and pepperonis are COLD FREEZING COLD she SAID SHE can’t put it in the oven because it went out the door. UNDERSTANDABLE so I ask for a remake I just paid 16$ on this and she refuses to remake the sandwich when I specifically asked for it toasted. Your employees are liars and do not do their job to the fullest extent.
Stay away. Took the glass out and put in computers. I thought the point of Subway was to have it made how you want. What a money-grubbing joke this place has become. Not even worth considering anymore. When you nickle and dime customers like a 1920s oil mogul, your customers notice.
Great people, great service and always a great sandwich! This is a very well run Subway! Please send the Manager to the McGregor store which is the worst subway in the State of Texas!
