the crew at 1:00 this afternoon was phenomenal! all 3 of the workers behind the counter were extremely sweet and helpful!!! the team chemistry made the entire atmosphere of the restaurant amazing
I stopped in to grab a sandwich. The lady making my sandwich handled money and came over to make my sandwich. The bread was soggy, they had no toppings prepped and she wasn’t willing to prep any more. I ended up throwing the sandwich away.
If you think Mike is great, you’ve gotta meet Kaleb. He was working all alone and cranked out 3 mobile orders and our order in record time. And he did it all with a good attitude. We walked in hoping to meet Mike and walked away saying Mike who?
5 stars for the amazing customer service from an employee there that starts with an M. Maybe it was Moses? Marcos? I don’t know. I couldn’t read his name tag that well. But he always delivers exceptional service and has a caring attitude. My boyfriend and I light up when we see him there!!
