I am really not happy with the service I received today at the downtown store. I came to the store at around 7:25 pm with my family to dine in. The employee told me that dine-in was not available and that only takeout was allowed. I asked because the store is open until 12:00 am, and he replied that dine-in closes at 8:00 pm. I pointed out that there was still half an hour left, after which he changed his statement and said dine-in closes at 7:30 pm. Terrible subway, my sub was swimming in sauce cause it came out to fast for the lady. She just looked at me wrapped it and sent it out. Busy place.
Nice clean recently remodeled restaurant staff are friendly and its a standard Subway sub.
